Report: Brown open to return to Dolphins in mentor role

When the Miami Dolphins drafted running back Daniel Thomas in the second round of last month’s NFL draft, it appeared to put the writing on the wall for Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams. Both veterans are slated to be free agents, but Brown has not ruled out a return to Miami, even if he’s no longer viewed as the longterm option in town.
